Registration Procedures

Persons interested in attending the conference should send a completed registration form either electronically or by telefax to the addresses which are shown on the form.

The registration fee is set at USD 200 or Euro 160.

Accommodation: The Kenya College of Communication Technologies (KCCT) offers basic, clean and functional accommodation right at the conference venue which is located some 45 minutes drive from town center. The conference organizers have negotiated a convenient flat daily rate of USD 45 (approx. Euro 36) for single bedroom accommodation and full board.

Due to the location of the conference venue, we strongly recommend to opt for staying at KCCT for the duration of the conference.

Registration Form A: (Adobe PDF or MS Word formats)

This form allows you to pay the registration fee (USD 200 or Euro 160) and your full board and lodging at USD 45 or Euro 36 per day.

Registration Form B: (Adobe PDF or MS Word formats)

This form allows you to pay the registration fee (USD 200 or Euro 160) only.  In choosing this option please note that you will be responsible for arranging your hotel reservations, meeting the cost of your meals, drinks, accommodation and daily commuting to and from the conference venue.

Persons paying by Credit Card are required to sign their registration form and submit it by telefax.

Sponsorships: Depending on available financial resources sponsorships for attending the conference will be made available to a limited number of resource speakers and presenters from Developing Countries and First Nations.

Registered participants will have access to the conference facilities, welcome cocktail, secretariat services, conference kit, internet access and field visit. The conference proceedings (CD format) will be distributed to registered participants in 2006.
